FixFoam Sprayer
This mod adds 2 items:
FixFoam Sprayer – More powerful long range welding tool at cost of expensive fuel. Doubles as fire extinguisher.
FixFoam Tank – Fuel for Sprayer (Aluminum, Sodium, Phosphorus).
Bots now use it as both welding tool and fire extinguisher (thanks to Bucholz)

Range = FFS: 400 ; WT: 150
Repair speed = FFS: 6 ; WT: 2
Fuel consumption = FFS: 8 ; WT 2
Extinguish = FFS: 120 ; FE 60
