Large Boat Island Base and Shipyard
Nobody knows how Large Boat Island got its name. Some say that nearby is the wreck of a large ship. Others that a shipbuilder froze to death at his workbench one cold night while trying to build a large boat. In any case, the name stuck. When Stomworks organization contacted the municipality of Donkk requesting a place to make a base and shipyard, the authorities considered that this small desolate rock would be adequate and it was leased for a symbolic amount to the rescue organization.
The place now has a large ship workbench with dedicated dessign office (you’ll never freeze to death again!), a base with all the commodities, sea traffic control capabilities and more important, a large crane and enough fuel gantries for a small fleet. The base refuelling capability both in Diesel and Jet fuel is enormous, and is capable to operate for a extended period of time. Anyway, if you use it a lot you may want to consider using a tanker to refill its tanks. When practical, I tried to keep the colour pattern of the construction similar to those you find in stock buildings at Creative Island.

WARNING
Although in my rig it runs at between 62 to 58 FPS without noticeable lag, it is a big construction with a lot of logics and lower end computers may have trouble to handle it.
