Parks can increase the attractiveness of a city by their placement,
but the increase is set very small.
For this reason, part of people may think,
"I’d rather place othe building than place park"
and not place them. I was too.
This Mod quadruples the level of attractiveness given by the park.
Citizens will come to appreciate the parks
and the attractiveness of the city will be greatly enhanced.
However at the same time, the cost of construction, maintenance, and removal
all quadruple the cost of the park,
so we need to be very careful in its placement.
