no Upkeep but higher Recruitment cost
This mod sets the upkeep to 0 but multiplies the recruitment cost with 10.
I added a ramp in recruit-cost for higher tier units. Tier 5 is now around 30 times as expensive.
that way getting better units is a huge investment and loosing them will hurt a lot, but you have little to no drawbacks for having a good army.
It works but no play-testing was done, meaning there is a potential balance problem as nothing but those two things listed above were changed.
Feedback to your experiences are much appreciated.
Known Bugs:
-post battle loot is weird (for now buildings are more expensive to counteract this until I know how to edit loot)
