Description:

This adds alot of new buildings, helipads with night/fog lightning, docks with anchor point for ropes et.c.

It also adds helipad locations for the AI to use with my AI Lua module.

• Outpost building with 4 beds, made with multiplayer in mind.
• Adaptive small docks that can change elevation depending on how stormy weather it is.
• Dock bollard with rope anchors, so you can tie down your boat wherever you go.
• ATC Towers, barebones in design but can be used as a lookout tower.
• Helipads that automatically turn on when nighttime or fog get to dense.
• Weather stations that transmit data to outpost buildings.
• Road booms that automatically raise themself when you drive close, or use the button to keep open.
• Rope anchors on all wooden docks with a light that activates when nighttime or fog gets to dense.
• Dedicated medical helipads.
• Unique designs for some buildings such as small docks, helipads and ATC Towers.
• Custom made small buildings, made with multiplayer in mind.
