This is a functional mod, the effect is that the new option is added on the right side of your technology page, but it does not support SFO and cannot be used together; using it with the same type of mod may cause the game to crash!

This mod is that you pay a certain amount of national treasury to promote technology research and development, and your research rate can reduce the required time and technology costs!
