Photon Musket
An old favorite with an upgrade for the modern day colonist or sportsman.

The Photon Musket is slow, unwieldly with its barrel length, and costly to fire, but packs a hot punch with its accurate plasma rounds; if it doesn’t kill its quarry, it’s going for a ride. The alternate fire is a physical burst shot, which does less damage to single targets, but can hit multiple close enemies and costs less energy. Primary and alt fire modes can be alternated to put out firepower in a pinch, if you’ve got the energy.

UPDATE 1.1: Møøse updated the graphic to change the orange light on the cylinder to two yellow vertical lines.
