The Real End Nodes
A simple mod that alters the end nodes to a more accurate one of the middle ages.
Genoa and Venice are no longer end nodes. The new nodes to replace these two are Alexandria and Beijing. Cairo was one of the largest medieval cities in the world and at an important junction between Africa, Asia and Europe. Beijing was by far the largest city in the world and the source of porcelain and silk.
To do this was relatively simple and only required six alterations in the code:
1- removed the Champagne to Genoa node to prevent an infinite trade loop.
2-reversed the flow from Genoa to Ragusa, allowing it to flow freely through Venice.
3-reversed the flow from Venice to Wien, allowing connection to Baltic and English trade.
4-reversed the flow from Venice to Alexandria, the new end node.
5-removed the Alexandria to Genoa node, trade now flows through Ragusa.
6- reversed the flow from Yumen to Beijing, creating the third end node.
