Tainted Maggy holds Crow Heart!
Have you ever wondered why soul hearts are kind of useless with Tainted Maggy? Like her whole thing is you lose the heath and get the health but if she gets too many soul hearts she just can’t pick up the health? I made it so she starts with Crow Heart and I think it *might* be a good idea
I mean I haven’t tested it much I just thought it’d be cool. You should know you don’t lose devil chance if you damage the temporary hearts, that was always the case. Also, if you’re in a situation where you need the soul hearts as a buffer, you can just drop it! Best of both worlds, truly
For reference, Crow Heart is a trinket that makes all damage sources behave like blood donation machines and devil beggars. You lose red health first, then other kinds of health. It prevents bone hearts from breaking until you’re out of red health. It fits Tainted Maggy pretty well, I think. It doesn’t fix the thing with her where her main mechanic stops working the second you’re on womb rules, but it’s something
