Twitch is a heavily-detailed custom level featuring the Biker set in a movie studio, with tons of NP++ elements as well as over 55 reskins (I think).
Don’t let the non-copious amount of enemies fool you, Twitch’s level design has it’s layouts and enemy placements carefully crafted in a way that’ll bring a challenge. After all, the level’s supposed to prove a point that there’s more to what makes a level challenging than just tons of floors and enemy spam.
Did I also mention there’s no fat guys, dodgers or dogs at all…?

A full combo alone just won’t cut it. You’ll need to execute some enemies, and start using less throwing knives if you want to score that S Grade!
Also, remember to hold onto Shift to look around the level. You should definitely use that regardless anyways.
