GIS Based Map for VoP

This mod uses GIS data to redraw the entire game map, including elevation (grayscale map), most national borders and some regional boundaries, lakes, rivers, and most city locations.
Note that I do not have the GIS data for all the cities that appear in the game, so some city locations may still be inaccurate.
Also, some original cities may fall outside the modified provincial boundaries, and I only manually adjusted some of them. To match the more refined terrain after modification, this mod reduces the size of the map model.
Finally, this mod does not change the names of the original cities.
Since this mod took me more time than I expected, it may be hard to keep it updated regularly. Anyone who wants to use this mod for further development is welcome to use any part of this mod as long as they acknowledge the source of the mod.
