Seasonal Effects
This mod adds seasonal effects for each province based on the current Season. Effects include modifications to income, food, movement, replenishment, morale, supplies and public order.
Special "unseasonal" events can happen such as Harsh Winters, Early Springs, etc.
Save game compatible. Compatible with most other mods. If you want seasons to matter a bit more, you can try the 12TPY Mod that has 3 turns per season.
