Rabbit Burgher’s Tweaks: Duel Anyone
RBT: Duel Anyone allows you to use the duel rival interaction without the perk or rivalry although it does still prevent duelling those who are ineligible, such as children.
A game rule is added to allow AI to use duels with the freedom or to force them to obey normal restrictions.
