Ensures you receive a single civil point for each and every level up, as opposed to only every other level up.
Remarkably simple mod. You want more civil skills over the course of your playthrough? Here you go.
This mod was primarily made so that Lone wolves can have less issues with Civil skills being lacking compared to a full party – as the talent did not adjust civil skill gain at all. With that said it will work with, or without the talent.
This mod WILL affect companion characters.
