Shallow Beach Tank Collection
A collection of shallow variants of the Beach Tanks, these were designed with small animals, wading birds and shore birds in mind. The land can be decorated with scenery objects.
Please note that while larger fish can be placed in these tanks, they will clip through the floor and often experience the position reset Megaquarium performs when an animal is detected outside a container’s bounds. The floating climbing positions were also a compromise with the way the game handles the transition between land and water, hopefully I’ll find a way to improve them in the future, but for now they still allow small animals to travel between land and water without position resets.
For mod creators, the water is 30cm deep and appears 20-30cm deep when accounting for the sand undulation.
