Description:

Down Special is both Time Stop and Road Roller. Every 75% damage, you get the ability to use Time Stop (Meter on the hud). If you are out of Time Stops, it instead uses Road Roller.

Translations:
Default – "This is The World. You can’t see it or feel it. I have stopped time."
Shadow Dio – "I offer you a proposal, why not become my partner?"
Another Dio on stage – "Testing a Stand against my former self… how amusing!"
-Changed platform to be road roller
-Decreased all knockback
-Turned damage on first Road Roller hitbox from 15 to 9
-Ever so slightly adjusted portrait
