I found this on Github[github.com], a Blufor Tracker by Steven "NemesisRE" Kurz[github.com].
No version in the workshop so far.
If you don’t want to use cTab and find the ACE bluefor tracking limited then this is for you.
Turns your vanilla map into a Blufor tracker like cTab.
One could argue that vanilla Arma already has blufor tracking but its very basic and shows every single individual unit for the whole side of blufor….this one you can limit to just your squad and many other options, such as ‘only work with GPS device’, etc. The ACE blufor tracking is also limited, it works even when player doesnt have a GPS and doesn’t show individual units in your squad.
There is another mod that does similar but you need DUI and ACE.
This one needs only CBA.

[qip] BFT is born out of the idea to rewrite a BFT script into a Mod and ending up writing it almost completely from scratch. Thankfully there is an open and helping community which made that possible.
BFT (Blufor Tracking or Blue Force Tracking) shows friendly units on a map. In this case this would be the map, GPS or any other device which can display local markers. It’s up to you what you want to track, almost everything is configurable.
Features:
- completely configurable with CBA settings
- group tracking for own faction, friendly factions and civilians
- dynamic diplomacy updates show units based on the friend state
- group details on group icon hover (on click is planned)
- unit tracking for own Group
- unit life state for several medical mods/scripts and vanilla
- unit assigned team color
