Holt Town Lifeboat House and Dock
"The lifeboat house was built in 1967 as a seaside restaurant. In 1983 the building was purchased by the Holt Township to establish a river patrol in the wake of the Sundered Heart tragedy, and in 2004 was given to the Donkk National Lifeboat Institute as a headquarters facility to serve Sawyer’s inner waterways. Since, it has operated as a lifeboat house, operating first the Denali-class and now the Sentinel-class lifeboat. As of 2033, the facility is shared with SOAA, who are conducting surveys of the Sawyer Islands waterways and coasts." -Wakipedia

Note: "Most cranes rely on a "gravity shock" to lock into place on loading. Statics don’t get this on spawn, so I had to improvise an attachment system. There’s a button on the front of the crane base to pull the arms up." Once you do attach them, you can disconnect the rope, and place it into the empty equipment slot for reuse.
