Adds new pantheons.

Lady of Coast: Holy Site districts get +1 Faith from adjacent Coast and Lake tiles.
Mystic of Wetlands: Holy Site districts get +1 Faith from adjacent Marsh and Floodplains tiles.
God of Agriculture: +1 Production from Farms over Bonus resources.
City Patron Goddess (Reworked): +50% Production towards defensive buildings. +5 City Defense Strength. +5 City Ranged Strength.
God of Creation: +25% Production toward districts in cities without a specialty district. Newly trained Builders gain 1 extra build action.
