Available for standard soldiers, Skirmishers, Templars, and Reapers. Not compatible with vanilla/non-WOTC saves.
I recommend using his voice for a Psi Operative, Grenadier, Ranger, Skirmisher, or Templar.
And of course, I included his iconic retro laugh. It’s one of his lines for when he gets a multikill.
