Adds a series of custom-made policy cards based on the world of Ace Combat.

– +4 Science from Armories, Military Academies, and Hangars; -25 Gold from cities
World With No Boundaries:
– Dark Age Policy, available from the Atomic Era
– Spies operate at 2 levels higher for offensive operations and at 25% faster speed; -10 Favor per turn
Drone Warfare:
– Military Policy, available at Globalization
– +100% Production towards Atomic and Information Era aircraft; -50% EXP for all units
GR Sponsorship:
– Economic Policy, available at Venture Politics
– Requires Coporate Libertarianism government
– +2 Oil, Coal, Aluminum, and Uranium from all sources per turn
Neucom Sponsorship:
– Economic Policy, available at Optimization Imperative
– Requires Synthetic Technocracy government
– +4 Science, Culture, and Production from Universities and Research Labs
Universal Peace:
– Diplomatic Policy, available at Distributed Sovereignty
– Requires Digital Democracy government
– +4 Favor and Influence per turn
