Full Tech Requirements
Ever got annoyed by those tryhards selling their tech building to get a weapon rush out quicker?
Behold! Then this mod aims at you!
Now you can only build a device if you fulfill all previous requirements!
Example:
Dave wants to be clever. So he builds a workshop, then a factory and wants to refund the workshop to get the laser faster. But as he refunds his workshop he notices that he can no longer build the Laser! He now has to either build a workshop or a armoury to be able to place the laser down.
As this mod is not quite trivial, copying it is only allowed if i grant you permission to do so!
