Ever started a new game with mods and
realized you have flairs for hat abilities you have yet to unlock?

Well this mod fixes that! Now those flairs won’t be available until you have unlocked the main hat ability first.

NOTE: Flairs don’t appear until on level load once you have the Hat Ability unlocked
