Hallowed Night with Isaac

This is a simple mod that changes the normal characters into a halloween costume. Most of them are simple and dont have any extra costumes. I will only ubdate this mod to add the remaining characters or fix issues. To see which characters are resprited in-game, there is an icon on the bottom left in the character select screen.
