Performance mod for rain and snow (if you have ACE, its included already now!)
EDIT:
this has been confirmed to SIGNIFICANTLY improve FPS/performance during rain and snow ingame.
if you have the ACE mod on, you dont need this, its included in there.
if you play WITHOUT ace, it is HIGHLY advised to subscribe yourself to this mod.
