Brahmaputra River Pack
The great Brahmaputra (‘son of Brahma’ in Sanskrit) is a river whose course winds through the Tibetan Plateau into Bangladesh and India, merging with the Ganges to create the vat mangrove swamps of the Sunderbans. The habitats of its drainage system are widely varied and diverse: from acidic to alkaline, coldwater to tropical, and clear to turbid. A number of popular aquarium species such as the rosy barb and zebra danio, as well as rare gems like the frail gourami and rainbow belly pipefish, come from the Brahmaputra drainage.
This pack contains the following fish:
-Freshwater Needlefish (Xenentodon cancila); unlocks at Rank 6
-Golden Dwarf Barb (Pethia gelius); unlocks at Rank 5
-Lineated Hill Trout (Barilius shacra); unlocks at Rank 5
-Rainbow Belly Pipefish (Microphis deocata); unlocks at Rank 10
-Zebra Danio (Danio rerio); unlocks at Rank 4
It also contains two new scenery items: the twig jam shelter and leaf litter from the Indian almond tree (Terminalia catappa).
