Restore the Roman Empire as any religion or culture
This mod lets you restore the Roman Empire as any religion or culture. In addition to having all versions of the Restore the Roman Empire decision available if applicable. it should work for all versions of the game unless the devs change the relevant decisions.
This mod changes the following decisions:
-Unify Italy can be done without having a Latin heritage culture (your capital still needs to be in Italy)
-Restore the Roman Empire as the Byzantine Empire can be done as any religion or culture
-Restore the Roman Empire as the HRE can be done as any religion or culture and while owning the Byzantine Empire
-Restore the Roman Empire as the Italian empire (after unifying it) can be done as any religion or culture and while owning the Byzantine Empire and/or HRE
-Restore Imperial Province CB can be used as any religion or culture (you need to be the Roman Emperor still of course)
