After Ennis becomes the target of the declared war, military units gains+5 combat strength, and+2 movement lasts for 12 rounds.

Ability:Gain 3 diplomatic favor for each civilization you declare friendship with after completing city production.
For every civilization you engage, all your armies deal 5 extra damage to the target and recover 3 HP. (Effect approximately +3 combat strength)

All tiles in your cities gain -1 Appeal,and -1 Appeal if player is at war。
All tiles in your cities which have wonders gain +1 Appeal,+1 Appeal in your cities which have both Entertainment complex and theater.Bars provides +1 appeal for the surrounding tiles,but cannot be built adjacent to another bar.
Own the following projects:
