[WOTC] Disable Aim Assist
This mod disables the aim assist system.
On difficulties below Legend, the hit chance RNG cheats in the player’s favor. Some of the XCOM shots that would’ve missed are converted to hits, and some of the enemy shots that were going to hit are converted to misses instead.
This mod completely disables both of these mechanics, making the hit chance RNG as fair as it can be.
The hit chance you see is the hit chance you get.
This makes the game more difficult, and if you thought that XCOM RNG was unfair before, you will probably find the game unplayable.
Please use the mod at your own risk, I will not be responsible for any monitors thrown out the window.
[BETA] X2WOTCCommunityHighlander v1.27.0 is required.
Safe to add or remove at any time.
LWOTC disables aim assist through a different method, but both methods should provide the same result, so there’s no reason to use this mod with LWOTC.
Some mods and abilities might make changes that will disregard this mod disabling Aim Assist.
