Description:

Feel my electricity, I’ll use my arts for all to see

Goldenglow, Rhodes Island Logistics Operator. Primary place of work is the Rhodes Island hair salon; under typical circumstances, is not dispatched in Field Operator capacity.
Uses a specially designed staff, conducting attacks on the enemy via control of "Driftbeacon" Arts Units.

A Light Spark in Darkness

Beacon’s Wrath:
Unable to obtain Settlers, the capital automatically gains one Settler every 10 turns (at standard speed). Buildings and improvements providing green energy will yield tourism equal to 300% of their power.
Precise Redirection:
Newly founded cities gain an additional 18 tiles of territory.

Bang!

Electromagnetic Charge α:
Cities with Industrial Zones: City defense +10, City ranged attack strength +10, extra output for power-consuming buildings +10.
Discharge:
Cities with Coal Power Plants gain +20% Gold; Cities with Oil Power Plants gain +20% Science; Cities with Nuclear Power Plants gain +20% Production.

Scattering Sparks

Unique Commercial District Building , replacing the Market. When constructed, the city gains 1 Driftbeacon; if the city doesn’t have a Lighthouse yet, Trade Route capacity +1. When there’s sufficient power, the city gains +40% Gold and +50% development speed.

Surging Current

Unique Industrial Zone Building, replacing the Workshop. When constructed, the city gains 1 Driftbeacon and can use a Culture Bomb on adjacent tiles. When there’s sufficient power, the city’s production speed for Builders increases by 60%.

Crystalline Shine

Unique Academy Building, replacing the University. When constructed, the city gains 2 Driftbeacons, enemy Spies in this city have their action level reduced by 3, and population growth stops.
Unlocks the "Crystalline Shine" project. When the project is completed, this city’s power demand increases by 5 points. When there’s sufficient power, all cities receive +5% Science (up to a maximum of +80%).

Driftbeacon

Unique unit, with a 10% chance to disappear each turn after being created. Building Lumber Mills with Driftbeacons provides the city with 2 Power. Can be consumed once to complete 50% of the construction progress for Aqueducts, Dams, Canals, or Industrial Zones.
