2 Skill Points per Level Up
Dervied from Wolf Pack (DE) to allow exactly what it says in the title, without the extra attribute points and AP. Encounters a similar visual bug from said mod where available points may appear more numerous than what is actually given, and will correct itself once any point is spent in any field.
