The Netherlands,
A small country in West Europe with 17milion plus inhabitants.
The first railroad line is build from Amsterdam to Haarlem before 1847 and has been extended after to Rotterdam trough Leiden and Den Haag.
The Netherlands now has the most busiest Railroad system in Europe and the third busiest of the world.
I added a part of Germany and Belgium to it. To give the Hogesnelheidslijn (Thalys), the Betuwelijn and the ICE to Amsterdam more meaning. Also a airfield can be build @ Bruxelles/Brussel for more air traffic.

This map is created to to use with the No Initial Roads Mod to prevent weird bridges from being build.

(Hint: Start the game and place the Industry with the default ingame *No Cost* mod enabled while paused the game. After that save the game and restart it with the *No Cost* mod disabled…)
