An invisible signal and an invisible waypoint.
In the early days of the railroad, banners and lanterns were panned and "optical telegraphs / semaphore" were used in various forms to regulate traffic.
Furthermore, in my opinion, the available shape signals do not fit very well with the vehicles of epoch 0 – looks like high-tech and a soapbox before it.
That is why there is now an invisible signal until flags/lanterns pivoting sims and old semaphores for transport fever are available.
Timeless is the invisible waypoint to control the routing of a line.
When deleting the things one must be careful, however, so that the entire track is not erased.
Carefully look for small squares with the bulldozer (see pictures).
