Sonic The Hedgehog! This character was a collaboration project between Sky’s Kyosuke and I!
This Sonic is pretty different from the one in smash, but he still has a similar neutral special. The cooldown is shown on the hud, which only counts down when you are on the floor. During the cooldown, you can use a lightning shield once which sends you upwards at a little more than your max jump height.
Down special charges momentum for a powerful dash forward. Keep pressing special while charging to gain momentum. When max Sonic will go into a running stance and you will gain access to a super-charged version of his specials. Activating down special again will make him use his charged down special. Down B in the air is the Bounce from Sonic Adventure, which sends you spiraling downwards to bouce on any surface or opponent you hit. You can jump out of it after a while.
Holding down Nair while you’re still in the air will allow you to use the drop dash similar to how it’s used in Mania, and you can let go of attack to stop charging it.
