Min Min
Min Min from the game Arms. Credit for the sprite work goes to the creator of the Mugen version of Min Min, Chuchoryu. They have many great creations for Mugen, so be sure to check them out. Any extra sprites were edited / drawn by myself.
– Special Moves –
* Neutral Special: Launches her dragon arm forward, knocking the opponent back, and then follows up with a laser beam that shoots either straight, upward, or downward depending on where your opponent is located. Landing down special upgrades this beam into a more powerful version. The aerial version of this move is similar to her neutral air, but replaces the arm with her Megawatt, which is much slower but deals increased damage and knockback.
* Side Special: Toss out her Ram Ram arm, which follows an arc in front of her before returning back.
* Up Special: The aerial version of this move stretches Min Min’s dragon arm upward, grabbing the ledge and pulling her up, she can also strike the side or bottom of the stage to propel herself upwards a bit to aid in recovery if she cannot reach the ledge, or if it is already being held onto by another player (this can only be done once and you will need to land on the stage in order to reset it. The grounded version has Min Min jump high up into the air after a short delay.
* Down Special: Long range command grab that can lead into any of her normal throws, when down special connects it boosts the power of her next neutral special laser. The grounded version grabs straight ahead of her, and the aerial version grabs at a downward angle.
– Other Mechanics –
* Forward tilt can be cancelled into her side special, either forward or backwards.
* Min Min can jump during forward tilt, side special (grounded and aerial), and forward air while keeping the attack going.
* Up strong can be used to reflect or absorb projectiles.
* Aside from up special, Min Min can also grab ledge with forward air, as well as aerial down special.
