Dio & Jotaro
DIO: Uses THE WORLD as an assist that scales with your current %, if you are over 170% you will be unable to move in timestop and DIO will instead throw knifes forward.
Jotaro: single press for Star breaker, a big single hit with high knockback, double tap for Star Finger which will hit the opponent twice with the second hit pulling them inward.
