SF3 Urien Assist
Made a little Urien from Street Fighter 3 Third Strike. He does an Aegis Reflector! The Aegis Reflector has fixed knockback and a lengthy hitstun period to follow up on. I may still tune the numbers on it but I’m happy with where it’s at at the moment Now has sound and a description! Thanks to Chara in the comments for helping with it
