Peppa Pig, joins the Fray!
*Special Moves/Abilities*
-Ball (Neutral Special): Peppa throws out a ball projectile that bounces along the floor.
-George (Side Special): Peppa calls on her brother, George. He will walk along the floor and hit you with his menacing dinosaur. If he drops his dinosaur, he gets quite sad. The move has a long cooldown and will also temporarily disable your Up and Back Throws.
-Fairy Princess (Up Special): Peppa will temporarily transform into a fairy princess. She launches up in the air and can hit with her wand.
-Making Muddy Puddles (Down Special): Peppa throws a bucket of water that creates a muddy puddle she wants you to "jump" in. If you walk over one, it will launch you upwards. Peppa can only throw out two at a time.
-Jumping In Muddy Puddles (Down Strong): If you hold the button during this attack, Peppa will continue to jump up and down.

-My hope is to eventually have Peppa tournament viable. Balancing suggestions are welcome.
-Alternate costumes are unlikely due to wonky sprites. But if I get motivated, I will add some in the future.
