Vegeta
Vegeta from Dragon Ball! Credits for the sprites go to Team Z2, the talented team behind the MUGEN game Hyper Dragon Ball Z! Vegeta has a ki meter (red) and a transformation meter (blue) he can build up the meters by dealing damage and only blue meter on getting hit. He can use the blue meter to transform twice first to Super Saiyan Blue, then Ultra Ego. He can also use 1/3 of total blue meter to perform an L cancel like mechanic. pressing shield when in any land animation will allow Vegeta to go into special step (Like Kazuya)and depending on your timing, you can get one of three different followups one of which being very similar to Electric Wind God Fist (this followup’s window of timing is about 5 frames once Vegeta takes a step down). Red meter can be used for ki blasts, galic gun (1 LV) and Big Bang Attack (3 Lvs and Ultra Ego required).
While in Ultra Ego, special step is free and any ki costs are cut in half. When your blue meter runs out or if you are KO your transformation will end. Lastly, dealing damage to opponents while in Ultra Ego imbues them with hakai energy. This means that while they are imbued, dealing damage to them will build up how much damage they take after 60 frames have occurred since the last hit was dealt. So dealing high damaging combos in this form can lead to some easy KOs
