Gardevoir (rebuffed)
Gardevoir from Pokemon: Type Wild. rebuffed by me (increased damage. attack reach and knockback of some moves since she was pretty under powered) i have also increased her movement speed as well as her n-special and forward special speed and also increased the range of her forward special making her have a better chance of spiking or meteoring your opponent off the stage
