A compilation of tweaks and changes to enhance and balance your Civ 6 experience.

Start Bias where updated to better align civs with their mechanics or for flavour reasons. The list below shows the changes to Start Bias for the affected Civs. Please note that only the changes I have introduced are listed, so all Civs still have their vanilla Start Bias unless for those changes listed.

Religious Pressure for Holy Cities and cities with a Holy Site has been increased to try and make Religious Pressure a mechanic that players actually care about and to give Moksha a bit of a bigger bite. Hopefully now flipping the religion of cities will need a bit more thought than just spamming Missionaries.

Unique Units also receive a balance pass, specifically in how they are upgraded.

A big problem I wanted to fix was with Air Units and Air-Craft Carriers. No other units in the game require a district to build, and the Aerodrome is already a fairly undesirable district, so this district requirement is now gone for Air units. Also, the Air-Craft Carrier had its stats slightly balanced and has received a Range 1 attack to make it actually possible to level up this unit.

– Spain (Coast 4)

Civ Balances:
– Norway
* Stave Church provides +2 Faith adjacency for forests (up from +1)
* Stave Church provides +2 Production for fishing boat improvements (up from +1)

Religion Balances:
– Religious Pressure
* Holy Cities provide 10 Religious Pressure (up from 4)
* Cities with Holy Sites provide 4 Religious Pressure (up from 2)

Unit Balances:
– Mountie (Canada)
* Upgrades to Helicopter (instead of nothing)
– Okichitaw (Cree)
* Cost down to 30
– Nuclear Submarine
* Melee Combat strength down to 75
– Air-Craft Carrier
* Improved stats and added short Ranged Combat capability
– Sabum Kibittum (Babylon)
* Replaces Warrior
– Removed Aerodrome as a prereq for all air units
