[ES] Overclocked Research
This Mod enables a hidden mode in Surviving Mars, automaticlly converting Surplus Power into additional Research (presumably be overclocking the Colony sensors and mainframes).
The Mod converts 2 points of Surplus Power into 1 additional Point of Research, the effects of which can be seen at the top-right of the Research screen. This conversion rate has been intentionally balanced to add a nice additional feature without becoming game-breaking. Note that Surplus Power will be diverted to Accumulators before being used for Research.
If the Breakthrough with a (much) higher Excess Power conversion rate is later discovered, the two effetcs will be combined. The Mod only effects new games started with it enabled. It will not effect previously saved games.
