It’s weird for all local market has the same (expect those with state traits) state market access impact value (like 75% or 85%).
So I let the public transport in the urban centre building can increase the local market access to the nation market.
For each pm in Public Tranport:
No public Trans: by 0.1% per level
Public Trams: by 0.5% per level
Public Motor Carriages: by 1% per level
NOT TESTED!!! REPORT ANY PROBLEM IF YOU FIND ONE!!!
