Trainmaster Eastern Pacific (TMEP) is me and jeranios63’s fictional railroad merger.

History
TMEP’s Halloween Express started in October of 1997, just a year after the merger. TMEP’s first scheme was the Orange & Black Scheme, the Halloween Express mostly runs between Boulder City & Las Vegas, Nevada, being pulled by their F Units. however in October of 2021, after TMEP’s designer, Charles Johnson, saw reports of the Blood Moon, this pitches Charles an Idea, so Charles introduce TMEP’s new Halloween Scheme, and it was named "Blood Moon Scheme". this new scheme features a Blood Moon, and it a TMEP Ink Style Lettering, this quickly became a popular express that TMEP ever introduced. as of Today TMEP continues to operate the Halloween Express Train every October each Year.
