Mk2 Auto-Excavator
Offers in-game customization options for dig radius and height, options for removing ores and whether it drops items.
Uses 20 power to break in normal mode, 80 power to break a block in ore-removal mode. Clears 5 blocks per
second

HUGE update to version 10 of the mod.
– Can now be placed in any direction/orientation. Clear in all directions. MANY thanks to Innomin8 for help with this!
– Can now mute the pew pew sounds by hitting J twice while looking at the block.
– Now has a SUPER OP mode for those times when you MUST CLEAR EVERYTHING, NOW.
– Super OP mode has a configuration option in XML. Default is 5. This is how many blocks per tick it will clear. (5 ticks per second) limited to 20 max (100 blocks per second max). SUPER OP mode not recommended for servers…
– SUPER OP mode activated with Shift+O… use at your own risk. You know it’s active by the fact it’s clearing SO MUCH FASTER… and the fact "@.@" appears in the popup text.

Includes a whole new system of network communications in attempt to fix the mod working on dedicated servers. Please test and get back to me!

New loading/saving rewrite. Please replace any excavators you already have in the world. You shouldn’t need to do this again. Sorry for the trouble!
Version 5 update:
Updated to include more options for clearing and dropping. Also increased the max range of dig radius and height.
Dig options:
ClearGarbage – will clear all ‘garbage’ related blocks
ClearOre – will clear garbage AND ore
ClearAll – will clear everything, including machines and craftable blocks.
Drop Options:
DropSome : vanilla behavior, 5% chance to drop garbage. 100% drops on everything else.
DropNone : doesn’t drop anything.
DropOre : will only drop ore it finds. One ore per block destroyed.
DropAll : drops everything. This will QUICKLY max out the per-segment drop limit, so be around or have vacuum hoppers.
Other change was to dig radius and height.
Max radius is now 1024, which means it would dig out a 2049 x 2049 area…
Max height is now 2048…
Also added the ability to use the shift key to increase radius by 10.
