This player voice mutator allows you to sound like a tough and hard-hitting Javelin soldier from Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3, and its standalone expansion Red Alert 3: Uprising.
Javelin soldiers are the anti-armor and anti-air specialists of the Allied Nations. Equipped with man-portable missile launchers, Javelins send flying fury at tanks and aircraft with equal effectiveness and can switch to a laser-targeting mode to guide missile barrages onto their slower and tougher foes.
