Marian from the Double Dragon series and River City Girls 2. Currently some audio may sound weird because almost all audio are taken in game. She is a grappler type of character.

Jab:
Jab 1, 2, and 3: Jab, Cross and Hook
Dash Attack: Running Clothesline
Tilts:
Up Tilt: KO Uppercut
Forward Tilt: Grab Headbutt
Down Tilt: Jewel Punch
Strong Attacks:
Up Strong: Sky Cutter
Forward Strong: Liger Drop
Down Strong: Cross Body Check
Aerials:
Neutral Air: Jump Hook
Up Air: Heavy Uppercut
Forward Air: Jump Headbutt
Back Air: Jump Swing Punch
Down Air: Elbow Piston (Will keep going unless it hits a target, lands, or goes down to the blastzone)
Specials:
Neutral Special: KO Cutter (has 3 levels depending on when you press or hold and release the special button)
Up Special: Party Crasher and Party Crasher Slam (can press B again to grab enemy and bring them down, can suicide kill if landed offstage)
Side Special: Dashing grab attempt to Caramel Toss (from the ground) or Air Pancake (in the air)
Down Special: Mind Meld
Throws:
Up throw: Piledriver
Forward throw: Boulder Toss
Back throw: Sweet Roll
Down throw: Pacific Slam
