Atlas’ NIArms Recoil Tweaks [experimental]
When using ACE, some of the NIArms weapons are rendered almost unusable due to crazy recoil, namely the SIG 550 series. It turns out the original NIArms mod applies vanilla weapon recoil patterns to its guns, and ACE indiscriminately overwrites all vanilla recoils.
This mod uses my own handwritten recoil patterns to bring NIArms weapons to a controllable level. There is still recoil, and each series of guns follow a different pattern (barrel length is also a factor). It does not require ACE to function, but the primary goal is to overcome ACE’s changes to the vanilla patterns.
This mod is still experimental, meaning the recoil values are subject to changes and more series of weapons may be added later.
