Op Start: Full Samurai Gear; Max Stats; Money; All Research; Legendary Weapon
I was annoyed that the other OP starts were not updated and generic, so i made this. This is a start scenario which gives you 10 million monies, max stats and skills, all research, masterwork armor, and a few weapons, including a legendary Nodachi.
