Description:

The Wall Jump Tech is much better now! This mod makes the Wall Jump a more versatile and less restrictive mobility enhancement while still remaining intuitive as your basic movement. You can hold in towards the wall you’re clinging to and jump to repeatedly gain height using the same wall, or hold out and jump at the same time to get some nice horizontal velocity. While you cling to a wall, you’re still able to use your weapons and tools, and your multiple jumps are refreshed! Keep on jumpin’.

Combines ‘Better Wall Jumps’ by ‘SilverSkies’ and ‘(Slightly) Better Wall Jump’ by ‘this is a profile name’ into one overwrite for the Wall Jump Tech.
Also maintains Better Wall Jumps’ ‘include’ for FreedomofMovement, making this modification take priority and overwrite Freedom of Movement if you subscribe to both. Additionally, includes ‘betterwalljump’ which is the internal name for both original mods, meaning you can be subscribed to them, but this one will overwrite their alterations. This mod is incompatible with any other mod that will overwrite the Wall Jump Tech’s functionality (including the two mods this one merges only by technicality).
Go give the folks who made the mods this takes from a well-deserved like and favorite! They should get the credit. Here are the original Workshop item links:

I stole the solutions, yes. The ends might not justify the means. If the original authors want this gone and/or the unpacked files, it won’t be an issue.
I simply subscribed to the each of them, found the assets in my filesystem, unpacked the .pak files, compared their scripts against each other and the original implementation file, and typed up the differences. A few tests assured it worked as intended, though I found if you hold down and in towards the wall you cling to, you don’t jump nearly as high than if you’d just held in and jumped, to the point that you might get a net loss in height by doing so. However! This might actually be a good bug, because it’ll allow you to stall on a wall without as much displacement as jumping up and sliding back down, just isn’t very intuitive. Not a bug, but a feature!
